DIGITAL PRODUCTS
All digital products will be sent to the email address provided at check out. Be sure to check email and spam box for the completed order confirmation link to your digital download purchase. Please contact us right away if you do not receive your confirmation email at trendycustomapparel@outlook.com or by phone. We will be happy to assist you with questions or concerns with your purchase.
PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
Our warehouse processes and ships out all orders Monday - Friday (excluding major holidays). After placing your order, your package should be shipped out within 2~4 business days after your order is placed, and you will receive an email with the tracking number soon after. USPS is our primary carrier for all US customers. Depending on where you live, packages are usually delivered within 5~7 days from the date of shipment, Trendy Custom Apparel does not guarantee on time or delivery dates stated by the shipping carrier.
Please note that once your order has been handed over to USPS or any shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for any lost, delayed, or damaged packages. Should any of these instances occur we recommend you contacting the local post office that handles your mail, or you can contact USPS at (800) 275-8777. All packages are insured up to $100 and we will do everything we possibly can to assist you in remedying the situation with filling a claim for reimbursement of the order, but we will not refund orders due to problems caused by the shipping carrier unless the carrier refunds Trendy Custom Apparel. If refunds are granted and received Trendy Custom Apparel will refund your order.
If the package is returned to us, you can re-purchase a label and we can re-send your item to you.
If a package has been marked as "delivered" but you believe there was an error due to no package arriving. We recommend you contacting the local post office that handles your mail or you can contact USPS at (800) 275-8777 to locate your package at your local post office. We are not responsible for missing or stolen packages.

Thank you for shopping with Trendy Custom Apparel. We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Please read the policy below carefully, as it outlines our guidelines for returns, refunds, and exchanges.
Return Eligibility
- Personalized & Customized Items: We do not accept returns on any personalized, customized, or made-to-order products. This includes items with custom dates, names, vinyl color choices, or any other personalization.
- Digital Products: All digital products are final sale and non-refundable.
- Customized Clothing: Any clothing item that includes customization is considered final sale and non-refundable, as these items cannot be resold.
- Standard (Non-Customized) Clothing: Non-customized, standard clothing items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Returns must be in original, unworn, unwashed condition with all tags attached.
Please note: All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, even on eligible returns.
How to Initiate a Return (Standard Items Only)
- Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return.
- Once approved, ship the item back to the address provided in your return authorization.
- After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
Refunds for eligible returns will be issued minus all shipping costs.

Refunds are only issued for eligible standard (non-customized) items that meet the conditions above.
- If you receive a defective or incorrect item due to an error on our part, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue quickly, which may include a full refund, replacement, or exchange at no additional cost.
- If the item was customized incorrectly due to an error, you made when placing the order (e.g., wrong name, date, or spelling), the item is non-refundable.

Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for items that are incorrect, defective, or damaged upon arrival.
- Exchanges are limited to the same item.
- To request an exchange, please contact us by email or phone as soon as possible after receiving the item.
