HOW QUICKLY CAN YOU ANSWER MY QUESTION?

We answer messages and emails in the order they are received, and we try to respond as promptly as possible. We mostly reply within 24 hours of receiving a message or email.

DIGITAL PRODUCT ORDERS

All digital products will be sent to your email used at checkout in a PDF format with a clickable link to the item you purchased for instant edit and download. If you do not receive the email purchase ready, please check your spam or junk box and if not there please contact us right away at changingseasonsapparel@outlook.com someone will respond promptly.

If you have entered any incorrect information, please let us know right away and we will correct those details property.

If you have purchased a fully edited ready product, please note these are edited with the hour and sent to your email on file. Please be sure to check spam and junk box as it is commonly sent there.

CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED ORDERS

We can create pretty much anything you may be looking for! We will send a "mockup" of your design request to make sure that you love it before anything is printed. Can't find what you're looking for? No problem, we are here to help just email us at changingseasonsapparel@outlook.com with a request and someone will work with you to create what you are looking for. 

 All custom orders must be approved prior to printing, due to our no refund or return policy. Custom orders will be sent over for approval via email within 24 hrs. of purchase if not approved this will hold up the order for processing and shipping times. Please be sure to check emails regularly.

All advertised personalized orders will be printed as requested from order information; no approval is needed

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?

Once an order is placed, our warehouse staff can pack and ship your order within 24 hours, so it's not always possible to process address change requests. If you notice an error, please email us ASAP with your name and order # so we can try to make a correction(s) to your package before it departs. There's no guarantee we can make it, especially once it leaves our warehouse, but we'll do everything we can!

HOW LONG IS THE PROCESSING PERIOD?

Order processing times are between 2~4 business days after the day you place your order. Most packages are prepared within 24 hours, but if our warehouse is exceptionally backed up processing times may go up to 3 business days following the day you place your order.

SHIPPING INFORMATION & DELAYED PACKAGES:

Our warehouse processes and ships out all orders Mondays - Fridays (excluding major holidays). After placing your order, your package should be shipped out within 2~4 business days after your order is placed, and you will receive an email with the tracking number soon after. USPS is our primary carrier for all US customers. Depending on where you live, packages are delivered within 5~7 days from the date of shipment. 

Please note that once your order has been handed over to USPS, we are no longer responsible for any lost, delayed, or damaged packages unless shipping insurance has been purchased with the shipping label. Should any of these instances occur, please contact us. We will do everything we possibly can to assist you in remedying the situation but we will not refund orders due to problems caused by the post office.

If the package is returned to us, you can re-purchase a label and we can re-send your item to you.

If a package has been marked as "delivered" but you believe there was an error due to no package arriving. We recommend you contacting the local post office that handles your mail, or you can contact USPS at (800) 275-8777 to locate your package at your local post office. We are not responsible for missing or stolen packages.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

NO Trendy Custom Apparel ONLY ships within the US. 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Simply go to the Track My Order link on the Home Page or in the Main Menu and input your tracking number to see where your package is. If you need further assistance, we are always willing to help you.

THE TRACKING NUMBER SAYS DELIVERED, BUT I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER?

All domestic (U.S) delivery issues become the responsibility of USPS once it’s been shipped from our warehouse or suppliers. You can contact USPS at (800) 275-8777 to locate your package at your local post office.

WHAT DO I DO IF SOMETHING IS MISSING IN MY ORDER OR IS DAMAGED?

If any of your purchased items are missing or damaged, please contact us immediately to resolve the issue. If the package has postal insurance, we have a Money Back Guarantee which lasts 30 days prior to the delivery of your order so make sure to contact us within that time frame.
