DIGITAL PRODUCTS
All digital products will be sent to the email address provided at check out. Be sure to check email and spam box for the completed order confirmation link to your digital download purchase. We will be happy to assist you with questions or concerns with your purchase.
PYSICAL PRODUCTS
Our warehouse processes and ships out all orders Monday - Friday (excluding major holidays). After placing your order, your package should be shipped out within 2~4 business days after your order is placed, and you will receive an email with the tracking number soon after. USPS is our primary carrier for all US customers. Depending on where you live, packages are usually delivered within 5~7 days from the date of shipment, Trendy Custom Apparel does not guarantee on time or delivery dates stated by the shipping carrier.
Please note that once your order has been handed over to USPS or any shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for any lost, delayed, or damaged packages. Should any of these instances occur we recommend you contacting the local post office that handles your mail, or you can contact USPS at (800) 275-8777. All packages are insured up to $100 and we will do everything we possibly can to assist you in remedying the situation with filling a claim for reimbursement of the order, but we will not refund orders due to problems caused by the shipping carrier unless the carrier refunds Trendy Custom Apparel. If refunds are granted and received Trendy Custom Apparel will refund your order.
If the package is returned to us, you can re-purchase a label and we can re-send your item to you.
If a package has been marked as "delivered" but you believe there was an error due to no package arriving. We recommend you contacting the local post office that handles your mail or you can contact USPS at (800) 275-8777 to locate your package at your local post office. We are not responsible for missing or stolen packages.
RETURN POLICY:
We don’t accept returns on any personalized or customized items.
Digital Products: All digital products are NOT REFUNDABLE
Customized Clothing: All clothing offered with customization options of dates, names or vinyl color choices will be deemed NOT REFUNDABLE as they will not be resalable.
Standard Clothing: Any standard clothing item that is non customized item is refundable. If you want to return your purchase, the purchase will be refunded less all shipping fees once your return has been received.
REFUNDS: (IF APPLICABLE):
If you receive a customized item with an error caused by Trendy Custom Apparel, please contact us right away at: changingseasonsapparel@outlook.com for a resolution. If the issue was made placing the order incorrectly the item(s) will not be refundable. For shipping issues please click link:

We only exchange items if they are incorrect, defective, or damaged. If you need to request an exchange for an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, it will be for the same item, you may call our office or send us an email by clicking our contact us at the top of this page.
